The AceroRosso restaurant is our dream come true – a venture evolving with each new day and to which we bring our life-long experience as restaurateurs and our great love for culinary art and hospitality. As our main ingredients we use carefully selected regional oenogastronomic products, combining local recipes to give them a new look while respecting local traditions. Culinary art is a veritable passion for us, a harmonious and enlightened fusion of tradition and innovation, our selections varying from season to season so as to reflect their rhythms, ensuring freshness and variety using quality products sourced at zero food miles. Situated on the statale 51 d’Alemagna (Alemagna state road no. 51), but steeped in green coun
tryside, the AceroRosso restaurant looks out over the Pelmo, Antelao, Rite and Sasso Lungo mountains.

Where to find us
The AceroRosso restaurant is at Vodo di Cadore and is one of the nearest restaurants to the Lunga Via delle Dolomiti, the cycle track between Dobbiaco and Calalzo di Cadore, going along the former railroad that at one time carried the Trenino delle Dolomiti. A mere 13 kilometres from Cortina on Alemagna state road no. 51, it can be reached via a side road off the state road and enjoys an elevated position surrounded by green countryside far away from the traffic.
